We are working with MBTI ® (step I and step II) and FIRO B methodology on an individual, team and organizational level since 1999. For the last 2 year we have been working with OPP Ltd. on the translation and validation process of Polish ®MBTI version. In 2008 we have started the development of the MBTI ® step I Polish Qualifying Workshops, that will be available since January 2009.
